I’m a finalist in the Australian Fiction Prize 2025 for ‘Mood Violet’

In incredible, wonderful news, I’ve been shortlisted in the Australian Fiction Prize 2025 for Mood Violet. The Australian Fiction Prize is a competition run by The Australian and Harper Collins for the best unpublished manuscript. The prize is $20,000 cash, a $15,000 advance and a publishing deal with Harper Collins Australia. AMAZING!! There are only 5 authors shortlisted out of nearly 300 entries. I’m still in shock! It’s so encouraging after all the hard work. Good luck to us all!

<UPDATE: The Fiction Prize was won by Troy Henderson, but I’ve had some little wins too…>
